Privacy Policy

redditleads.farm is an independent product and is not affiliated with Reddit, Inc. We process information you provide to deliver Reddit lead monitoring, scoring, notifications, and related features described in our Terms of Service.

We collect information in three broad categories:

• Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile details such as your name, email address, and profile picture, as permitted by your Google account settings.
• Workspace and product data — information you enter during onboarding and in settings, including your product name, website URL, product description, target audience, keywords, subreddits, competitors, notification preferences, and any content you save or generate in the app (such as AI reply drafts).
• Usage and technical data — how you interact with the service (pages visited, features used, clicks), approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, and diagnostic logs needed to keep the service running securely.

We also process public Reddit content — posts, comments, subreddit names, scores, and metadata that are already publicly visible on Reddit — to match threads against your configuration and display them in your feed. We do not access your private Reddit messages or non-public account data unless a future feature explicitly requests your consent and explains what will be accessed.

Subscriptions are billed through a third-party payment processor. We receive billing status, plan, and customer identifiers needed to activate your account — we do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Payment details are handled directly by the processor under their own privacy and security standards.

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage your account and workspace
• Run Reddit scans, score leads, and deliver your feed and alerts
• Generate AI reply suggestions based on your product profile and thread context
• Process subscriptions, trials, invoices, and billing support
• Send transactional emails (welcome, digests, billing notices, product updates)
• Monitor performance, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and protect the service
• Understand how the product is used so we can improve onboarding, features, and reliability

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private workspace data to train general-purpose AI models for unrelated products.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure product usage. Our analytics may include session recordings of in-app interactions (such as clicks and navigation) to help us understand where users get stuck and improve the experience. You can limit cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if essential cookies are disabled.

We share information only when necessary to operate the service:

• Service providers — trusted vendors who host infrastructure, process payments, deliver email, run analytics, or perform Reddit data retrieval on our behalf, under contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only for the services we request.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection of your information.

We do not share your workspace configuration or lead feed with other customers.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account or cancel, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business needs (such as billing records).

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and monitoring for abuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at thomas@redditleads.farm.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
• Export your workspace data where technically feasible
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

To exercise these rights, email thomas@redditleads.farm. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also update much of your product and notification settings directly in the app.

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. By using the service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred internationally as described in this policy.

redditleads.farm is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
