Terms of Service

redditleads.farm is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. Reddit is a trademark of Reddit, Inc. You must comply with Reddit's own terms, content policies, and community rules when engaging on their platform.

redditleads.farm provides a web application that, based on configuration you provide during onboarding and in your workspace, may include:

• Monitoring of public Reddit posts and comments using keywords, subreddits, and product context you configure
• Periodic Reddit scans (frequency depends on your plan — e.g. every 12 hours on Founder, every 1 hour on Company)
• A lead feed with match scores (0–100), intent tags, and thread metadata to help you prioritize outreach
• Feed Lab — a workspace to tune keywords, subreddits, competitors, and search targets before they go live
• AI-assisted reply drafts generated from your product profile and the thread context (quotas apply per plan)
• Email alerts and, on eligible plans, additional notification channels such as webhooks
• Account, billing, and team settings managed through the app

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee a minimum number of leads, replies, conversions, revenue, or Reddit account outcomes. The service surfaces publicly available content and tools to help you respond — you remain solely responsible for what you post on Reddit and for any business results.

• You sign in with Google. You must provide accurate account information and keep access to the email associated with your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter a binding contract.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial unless we explicitly approve otherwise.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.
• Notify us promptly at thomas@redditleads.farm if you believe your account has been compromised.

To use the service, you provide information such as your product name, website URL, product description, target audience, keywords, subreddits, competitors, and notification preferences. You represent that:

• You have the right to use and submit that information
• Your product details and outreach do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law
• You will not configure the service to target illegal activity, harassment, or deceptive campaigns

You grant us a limited license to process your configuration and related data solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI reply drafts are suggestions only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, off-brand, or inappropriate for a given thread. You must review every draft before posting. We do not post to Reddit on your behalf unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise and you opt in. You are fully responsible for published replies, links, claims about your product, and compliance with Reddit's rules against spam and self-promotion.

You agree not to use redditleads.farm to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited promotion, or automated posting that violates Reddit policies
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Reddit content outside what the service provides to you
• Probe, disrupt, or overload our systems or third-party integrations
• Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law
• Misrepresent your identity, product, or affiliation
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of export or sanctions laws

We may investigate abuse, throttle usage, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to Reddit communities, other users, or our infrastructure.

Paid subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis. Current list pricing (USD, before applicable taxes):

• Founder — $29/month or $24/month billed annually (Every 12 hours scans)
• Company — $79/month or $66/month billed annually (Every 1 hour scans)

Plan limits — such as websites tracked, keywords, subreddits, AI replies per month, team seats, and notification channels — are described on our pricing page and in-app settings. 3-day free trial · Cancel anytime. New subscriptions may require a valid payment method at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and renews automatically at the then-current rate.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through Settings → Billing (Stripe customer portal) in the app.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
• We may change pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for subsequent renewal periods.

The service relies on third parties including Reddit (public data), Stripe (payments), Google (authentication), MongoDB Atlas (database), Vercel (hosting), Apify (Reddit search and scraping), our email provider (transactional email), PostHog (product analytics), and Upstash (caching and rate limiting). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third parties outside our control — including Reddit removing content, banning accounts, or changing API or access policies.

redditleads.farm, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your internal business purposes while your subscription is active and in good standing. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the service except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LEADS WILL BE ACCURATE, TIMELY, COMPLETE, OR CONVERT TO SALES; THAT REDDIT CONTENT WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE; OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REDDIT ACCOUNT STANDING, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your Reddit activity, your product or marketing claims, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or policies — including Reddit's rules.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time through billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if continued provision would create legal or platform risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive — including payment obligations accrued, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of redditleads.farm, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where we operate, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
